The quilt cover looks good, but it's too short on the side of the bed for a King bed. very stylish though.

Hi Penny, thanks for the kind words on the style! On the sizing — our Serenity Quilt Cover is made to standard Australian King dimensions (245cm × 210cm). If it's sitting short on the sides, it's usually a sign the mattress is taller than standard (often the case with newer pillow-top or memory foam mattresses with a topper), which pulls the cover up. Wouldn’t buy again from this store
Bed cover was stained when it arrived spoke to them
Their response was to wash it.
Supposedly brand new No returns no exchange was offered just stop communicating with myself.
Would never buy anything from this site again

Missing pillowcase andno one replied too my emails

Hi David, sorry the pillowcase was missed and even more sorry your emails went unanswered — that wasn't acceptable. We've since rebuilt our support process so no customer email goes more than 24 hours without a response, and missing items get re-shipped within 48 hours of being flagged. The way we run support today is a step-change from what David experienced. Appreciate the feedback.

For $281 and not real Versace, the material is surprisingly good quality. The only way one couldn't tell its not real versace is by the poor stitching or if one doesn't really know what to look out for. Otherwise can almost pass as real, the material is so soft

Horrible quality, the whole embroiding is threaded and ripped, not worth the money an want a refund waiting on correspondence with the retailer in regards to this. Expected better quality for $300 extremely unhappy.

Hi Christian, sorry the quilt cover was missing from that order — that should have been resolved straight away. For anyone reading this in 2026: this review is from 2 years ago. Since then we've changed our fulfilment partner and added a packing checklist that's signed off before every order leaves the warehouse, so missing-item incidents are extremely rare today. my sheets came ripped

Since then we've added a final quality check before every order leaves the warehouse and switched to reinforced packaging to prevent transit damage. The current Serenity range is held to a much higher standard than what Emily received back then. Appreciate the honest feedback — it's the kind of thing that pushed us to tighten our process.
