Bad quality

Hi Julia, sorry to hear that — appreciate the honest feedback. Just to share for anyone reading: our Cars Quilt Cover is one of our most ordered kids' covers and we've had genuinely positive feedback from most buyers (a few 5-stars on the same product). If something specific arrived faulty or different to what was advertised, we'd love to know — happy to take a look. Otherwise we appreciate everyone's preferences are different and thanks for taking the time. bedroomdecor.com.au

Really poor quality for the price. Very disappointed all round with not only the product but the company and the very very late delivery

Hi Rachel, sorry your experience missed the mark — both on the cover and on delivery. The shipping delay was an unusual one and we've since changed our fulfilment partner to make sure orders ship within 1–2 business days going forward. On the quilt cover itself, the Cars range has had really strong reviews from other parents (you'll see some recent 5-stars on the same product), so we're sorry it didn't land for you. Appreciate the honest feedback — it pushes us to keep tightening things.
